COVID-19 PANDEMIC SHIPPING UPDATE
Due to unprecedented levels of online ordering and shipping, the United States Postal Service andother shipping services are reporting nationwide shipping delays and cannot guarantee deliverytimes. Don't panic - your order is on its way to you but will take longer than usual to arrive. Thankyou for your patience and understanding during these strange times.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every belt to order. Allow up to 3 business days for us to make your belts prior toshipping. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and service you select at checkout. Expectdelays during the holiday season.
When will my order ship?
All belts are made to order. Allow up to 3 business days for us to make your belts prior to shippingOrders are fulfilled 8 am - 12 pm Monday through Friday, Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday willnot be eliaible for shipping until the following Monday at the earliest, You will receive an automatedemail confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped
Can l expedite my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite orders at this time. You do have the option to upgrade yourshipping option, but this only reduces the shipping times. ltems are shipped up to 3 businessdays after your order has been placed. Shipping options are available in your cart during checkout
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase a gift card here
Can we visit your showroom or store to get a belt faster?
No. We do not have a showroom or store, iust our workshop, which is not open to the public, lf youare looking for a quick gift, we recommend purchasing a gift card.
I haven't received my order yet. What should l do?
Don't panic - your order is likely still on its way but is taking longer than usual to arrive. Wait a dayor two before getting concerned about package loss.
Once orders are shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or mis-delivered packagesOrders placed on our website are shipped via a third-party carrier, and as such risk of loss and titlefor goods ordered pass onto you upon our delivery to the carrier. lf you are having trouble trackingdown a shipment, you will need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers forassistance. We do not have any additional tracking or shipping information than what is availablethrough the tracking number listed on your shipping confirmation email.
If you are concerned about package loss, consider upgrading your shipping service during checkout.
Can l change my shipping information after my order has been placed?
lf you need to make changes to your shipping information, please contact us with your order numbeland a detailed request as soon as possible. lf your order has not shipped, we will do our very best toaccommodate your request. We cannot make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Can l ship an item as a gift?
You can add a message in the space provided for Order Notes at check out. We will include ahandwritten card with your message. Write something nice like:
This is a gift for my son. Please include a note that says - "Happy Birthday, Timmy! Love, Mom.
